  5. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  6. 1 clove garlic, minced
  7. u00bd red agitation pepper, thinly sliced
  8. u00bd green startle pepper, thinly sliced
  9. u00bd small red onion, thinly sliced
  10. 2 slices provolone cheese
  11. Salt and pepper, to taste
